We aim to respond to all e-mail queries within 24 hours.

We can only accept orders made via this website, and regret we cannot take orders by phone or post. Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed.

How we respond to an order

All artwork is stored by our individual artists until an order and payment are received. We use Paypal, a secure off-site payment agent. No artwork is stored at the above address (accommodation address only). Artists are notified by phone immediately an order is received and are then responsible for ensuring it is sent or delivered to you. We will e-mail you to let you know as soon as this has been done.

We aim to send items within 5 working days of receiving payment, and whenever possible sooner. Items are either delivered by the artists themselves or by courier. Delivery is free in most parts of the mainland UK, however, parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands may incur charges. We will let you know as soon as possible if this is the case.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if (1) you are not in an area we deliver to; or (2) in rare instances the painting has already been sold to someone else. Once a painting is sold, it will have a "SOLD" sign placed on it, which will stay in place for around 10 days while delivery takes place. The image will then be removed from the site.

Delivery delays

Sometimes at busy times such as Christmas, or for any other reason, there may be a delay in your order being processed. If so, we will notify you of this at the time we acknowledge your order. Delivery will, however, always be within 30 days.

All content of this site including images, designs, logos and text are copyright of Artists of Derbyshire. Copy of any material on the site is strictly forbidden.

In addition, the individual artists reserve their own copyright.

Prices remain valid until 1st January 2012.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your artwork, and we do make every effort to despatch items correctly. If, however, there is any problem, please e-mail us at the address listed, and we will try to resolve matters. If it becomes necessary to return an item, you must do so within 7 working days of receiving it, directly to the individual artist. You will need to obtain proof of posting from the Post Office, and this can be done free of charge. Returns are at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for returns postage as this is a direct cost. For a refund to be actioned, the item must be received by us in the same condition that you received it. If an item arrives damaged, you must let us know within two hours of its arrival, so that we can make an insurance claim.

Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed, which will be via PayPal or your credit/debit card.

You can access our website home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data. We do not use cookies on our website, or keep records of your personal data. We use PayPal, a secure off-site method of payment.
